My Style & Approach
I have a bold and dramatic style, aiming to create visuals that impress and stay memorable. While my work is versatile, and I can adapt to different brand aesthetics, I always strive for images that capture attention. I use a mix of studio and natural lighting, knowing that each has its place depending on the project.
I prefer working with small businesses, where I can have a more personal connection and a greater impact on the brand. Alongside photography, I also offer video content — because in today's fast-moving social media landscape, video is key to standing out and going viral.
When working with a new client, I start with a consultation to understand the brand identity, target audience, and goals.
Whether it’s a one-off project or ongoing content creation, I always aim to add value. I carefully plan each shoot, creating mood boards to develop a clear vision. Every element—colours, props, lighting—is thoughtfully selected to match the brand’s aesthetic and bring their story to life.
Beyond the Camera
Photography has been a passion of mine since childhood. My grandparents gave me my first film camera, and I loved sending off my photos to be developed. My grandfather was a keen photographer, and I like to think I inherited his eye for detail.
Though I only started professionally this year, I’ve been filming and photographing since I left school. Food and drink photography felt like a natural fit.
With my wife is a keen baker, and I’ve loved photographing her creations. My mother is a professional caterer, and I often help her by capturing images of her food. With my love for cooking and food, stepping into this industry felt like the perfect fit.
I'm based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, but when I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me cooking, growing my own fruit and veg, or training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. My passion for food extends beyond photography—I love creating dishes as much as capturing them.
